Or <a href=\"https:\/\/tasteporto.com\/tour\/custom-experiences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">join our Private Custom Tour of Porto to learn more about Aletria<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make Aletria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grams of angel hair pasta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/3 cup&nbsp;milk <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup sugar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.5 tablespoons butter <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 beaten egg yolks <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 whole lemon peel <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cinnamon (2 sticks + powder) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aletria recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate pan, bring the milk to a boil with the lemon peel, sugar, and cinnamon sticks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the cooked noodles and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, but keep stirring. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add in the butter, take the pan off the heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes continuing to stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the egg yolks making sure to continue stirring so as not to make &#8216;omelets&#8217; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once thoroughly mixed, pour everything into a platter, removing the cinnamon sticks and lemon peel.
